Stanislav Dubko, a Credit-Rating CEO has told in an interview with RBC-Ukraine about prospects for development of the rating sector after two new authorized raing agencies - IBI-Rating and Rurik - entered the market; Mr. Dubko also explained why the Commission should intensify regulating and supervising over credit rating agencies. |
