Viktor Shulik, Credit-Rating's leading analyst giving comments to Kommersant

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the indebtedness of the banking sector towards non-residents narrowed by UAH14.7 billion (by UAH5.8 billion in August and September), and was reported at UAH160.6 billion as at end-3Q2010 (USD20.3 billion as at the date by official rate).
