Credit-Rating upgraded PJSC Platinum Bank ratings to uaA+08.12.2011 Credit-Rating upgraded the long-term credit ratings assigned to PJSC Platinum Bank (Kiev, Ukraine) as well as to the registered coupon bonds (series A and B, total value UAH 200 mln., terms of circulation – until November and December 2013) issued by the above bank from uaA to uaA+ (National Ukrainian Rating Scale). The outlook for the ratings has been revised to stable. To affirm the ratings, Credit-Rating considered financial statements of PJSC Platinum Bank for 2009, 2010 and 1-3 Q 2011, as well as other inside information submitted by the Bank within the rating procedure. An obligor or a debt liability with uaA credit rating is characterized with the HIGHLY STRONG creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is susceptible to adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.A plus "+" and a minus "-" signs indicate intermediary categories compared to the standard categories (grades). Stable outlook indicates that there are no anticipated reasons to change the rating in the course of the year. Factors maintaining the credit rating:
