The adoption of anti-crisis laws is still not the way out of the crisis

Credit-Rating believes that the anti-crisis laws adopted by the parliament may contribute to the strengthening of the national economy, yet not being an ultimate remedy. According to Credit-Rating CEO`s Stanislav Dubko, these acts allow for loosening tensions in certain industries and have become an important step for obtaining loans from the IMF.

In order to come out of the crisis the country needs complex approach for evaluation of the situation, deciding on development trends in short and middle term, and taking a number of measures aimed at maintenance and incentivizing in key sectors. Specifically, we should consider not only the financial sector, but also export-oriented industries, construction, agriculture - in fact, the industries, which contribute to the primary share of GDP and are systemic and competitive. If the deeds of the President, the Government and the Parliament are coordinated, we may expect positive results in the upcoming year.

At the same time, the current situation in the national economy remains quite shaky. That is why Credit-Rating does not rule out that it shall downgrade credit ratings assigned to a number of companies, which operate in different industries. These actions may be prompted by both aggravated market environment and problems associated with liquidity.
